FOREVER US creates personalized, interactive, web-based digital wedding invitations. Each invitation is designed and built around the customer's story, photographs, wedding details and preferences. The invitation may include story sections, event information, RSVP, music, maps, galleries, guest information and other personalized elements — all within one cohesive digital wedding invitation experience.

The typical process is as follows:

• 01 — Inquiry: You submit information through our website.
• 02 — Consultation: We contact you to discuss your wedding, requirements, design direction, content, timeline and pricing.
• 03 — Confirmation: You confirm the project and payment terms.
• 04 — Creation: We create your personalized digital wedding invitation.
• 05 — Review: You review the deliverable and provide feedback.
• 06 — Delivery: The final invitation is delivered.

Typical delivery is 5–7 days after project confirmation and receipt of all required content and assets.

The actual timeline depends on:

• Project scope and complexity
• Customer responsiveness
• Receipt of required content (photographs, details, etc.)
• Number of revisions
• Complexity of customization

Delays caused by missing customer information should not be treated as FOREVER US delivery delays.

You are responsible for providing:

• Accurate names, dates, times and venue information
• Current contact details
• Photographs, videos and music as required
• Other content necessary to create the invitation

You should review all supplied information carefully before final approval. FOREVER US is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law and the actual agreement.

FOREVER US Creative Work: Original layouts, design systems, templates, typography arrangements, graphics, code, components and original illustrations created by FOREVER US remain the property of FOREVER US unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Content: Wedding photographs, names, personal stories, videos, music and other customer-provided material remain the property of the customer. FOREVER US does not claim ownership over customer-owned content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights or permissions to provide photographs, music, videos, artwork, fonts, logos and other third-party content. FOREVER US will not knowingly use copyrighted material without appropriate permission.

The number and scope of included revisions will be confirmed before the project begins. Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
